Darius’ Touch on iPod

Darius has always loved to play with our iPod Touch, and would often try to take it from us when he spots us using it.

However, his usage with it has so far been limited to the single button located at the bottom part of the device — he would just keep clicking on it to see what would happen. For those who owns an iPod Touch or iPhone would know that clicking the button would just bring you back to the main application page. As a result, Darius has not been achieving much with his fiddling of the iPod Touch so far. ^^|

Just moments ago, I was trying to introduce him to the concept of touch screen by bringing him to the Safety Lock page. The page helps prevent someone from accidentally pressing on any part of the screen, just like what most of the mobile phones have. In order to unlock the iPod Touch, you need to slide a slider on the screen from left to right, which I demonstrated once or twice to him. After that, I passed the device back to him to see what he would do with it.

To my amazement, this was the outcome:

Wow! I’m really amazed at how fast kids nowadays pick up things! o_0
