On Wednesday evening, Darius was walking past our study room and spotted Catherine sitting by the computer in the room. As she started played with him by making some funny expressions and noises, Darius started to get very happy and excited, moving to and fro the study room while he laughed continuously:

Some of you may have found this scene familiar and if so, your intuition is right. ^^

Just two months ago, Darius was playing a similar peek-a-boo game with Catherine too (see Darius’ New Laughs). It’s not often he does this so when we saw him doing so, both of us immediately relate to what he had done two months back.

Also yesterday, Darius started to turn the roller chair we left in the living room in an anti-clockwise motion (was going to dispose the chair due to some broken part). After he had gotten the hang of turning the chair, he just kept going and going, moving in circle after circle merrily:

This reminded me of the ‘Merry-Go-Round’ activity he did four months ago (see Merry-Go-Round) where he was walking in circles, also at around the same area.

Seeing him performing these funny feats and recalling what he had done similarly before gave me a smile — Although he is growing up and changing everyday, some of his behaviours and likings still remain the same. More importantly, he’s still our little bundle of joy~ ^^
