Darius has been in his slighly feminine hairstyle for quite a while already. Catherine had helped to trim his hair now and then but couldn’t do much to change his hairstyle.

As his hair started to grow longer and messier, we started thinking of bringing him to a hairdresser to get him a more boyish hairstyle, but couldn’t find the opportunity to do so.

Today, we finally got the chance to get his hair tidied up at a neighbouring salon.

As he sat down and the hairdresser started trimming his hair, Darius was okay in the beginning, sitting on the chair obediently and not making any fuss.

However, halfway through the cut, he started to become restless and wanted to get off the chair. We had to distract him and restrain his movements but he started to get upset soon after, trying his best to resist our restrain on him with his body.

When he realised he couldn’t shake loose, he eyes started to water and tears started flowing down, probably to show his frustrations. Still, we had to persevere on since the hairdresser was almost done with her task.

Phew! We sighed a relief when the haircut was finally completed. Darius also calmed down quite quickly after we let him walk around the place.

So let us present the new, fresh look of Darius! ^^
