Darius Brisk-Walking

This is a video to show his walking progress nowadays. He walks briskly and often breaks into a half-run which makes catching up with him even difficult for us. He especially loves long pavements and roads with no obstacles. Hear his giggles in the video as he walks.

The moment we don’t catch hold of him, he will zoom away. My parents experienced trying to catch him many times during our Genting Trip. They didn’t know he could move so fast and didn’t grab hold of him in time. It was especially dangerous in crowded places but if we restrain him, he will make a big fuss. He just loves walking too much.

Darius is afraid of me though (I’m fierce..hee) and knows he should not run too far away from me. He will mostly listen when I ask him to come when he walked too far off. But he does not listen to others as much.

This explains why he has been falling down (see post ‘Falling Down‘) so much recently.

    hee. I like to watch him walk too. He also shakes his butt side to side when he walks fast which is like a duck and makes us laugh. It’s more obvious when his shirt is short and wearing a bulky cloth diaper. The above, he’s only wearing training pants.
    Yes, I’m getting fitter too with all these walks! I used to not even step out of the house for many days.
