It’s now less than 12 hours to Darius’ 1st Birthday Party, and we are almost completing our final preparations.

Phew! We have basically been spending the entire day cleaning the house, decorating and setting up the place, besides having to play and look after the star for tomorrow — Darius. Even now, we still have to do a final mopping of the entire house amd also finish up on the video/photo montage. ^^|

So here’s part of our decorations for the party:

As for the setup, since we are expecting toddlers and pre-schoolers, we have set up a play area with selected toys to keep them entertained during the party:

Okay, I will still need to go finish up the video and photo montage now and hopefully be ready by tomorrow noon. Give me more coffee! ^^|

UPDATE @ 4:01am: Phew! Finally successfully burnt the montage into a DVD! Had a bad scare during the first attempt when the transcoding failed halfway, supposedly due to resources issue. *wipes sweat* We couldn’t have done this montage before the deadline without each other’s help! Thanks Catherine! ^^
