If Darius is to be enrolled into the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, I strongly suspect he would be assigned by The Sorting Hat into the House of Slytherin.

Not that his personality would suit into the House’s criteria, but based on his reactions to a toy trumpet blowing at him.

You know how a snake would dance when charmed by a snake charmer as he plays an instrument? This was what Darius reminded us of when I blew the trumpet before him (thus fitting for the House of Slytherin which has ties with snakes). ^^|

Here’s Darius in his ‘charmed’ state:

Catherine and I were holding back our laughter so as to not distract him during the video shoot.

He was especially funny when he lifted up his arms abruptly when I first blew the trumpet, throwing away what he was holding in his arms — it was like he was suddenly struck by an Expelliarmus (Disarming Charm) spell. ^^|

Also, he had tried to imitate my blowing of the trumpet by grabbing a ball beside him and blowing onto it. Maybe he was trying to ‘counter-charm’ me in return?

Looks like his classes in the Defence of the Dark Arts have started to pay off.
