Since a few weeks ago, we started to notice that Darius was beginning to imitate some of our actions. For example, he would stick his finger or the item on his hand into his mouth when he saw us having our meals. The more interesting imitation he did was with the ‘hitting with palm’ action. ^^
It started when we were trying to motivate him to cruise along our sofa. Using our palm, we would hit/pat on the other side of the sofa (i.e. his destination)softly to attract his attention and cruise towards us.
However, instead of moving his feet, he rose up his right arm and imitated us by hitting on the sofa with his palm! ^^|
We thought it was really funny and decided to film him imitating my hitting action (we put him on a sitting position this time):

Well, playing I’m still okay (especially now more fun playing with Darius since he’s very responsive and always smiling) but teaching wise, so far most of the work is done by Catherine. At most I will only sing to him (considered teaching?
), since on weekdays, my only times are the one to two hours after work and before his sleeping time.
