This is the final followup for the North Point New Wing’s Baby Room Updates post:
Finally, cushions were available in the feeding rooms, though the water dispensers were still out of service.
I did a simple test to wheel Darius in with his stroller, and the lack of space in the room prevented me from closing the door since it was opened inwards.
So, although mothers are no longer expected to stand while feeding their babies, they are however expected to only hand carry their babies to the mall at all times with no stroller. Or is it that the mothers are expected to leave their strollers outside and trust that passers-by are honest enough not to take them as their own possessions while they are out of sight from their belongings as they feed their children?
Last but not least, no reply to my feedback has yet been received from the mall’s management Frasers Centrepoint. Not even a standard ‘Thank you for your feedback. We are working on it.’
Oh well.
