“What happened to your exersaucer?” A question you may ask after seeing the picture above.
Well, Darius is having a ‘Golden New Year’ as we step into the Year of Ox.
He is still having loose stools over the past few days, despite us stopping to feed him cereals (see DDD – Darius Diagnosed with Diarrhoea). So we suspect it could be the new Enfapro A+ (Stage 2) that we just started feeding him recently.
To prove that the root cause is really the new milk powder, I cycled down to Admiralty MRT Station this early morning (it’s when we first thought of the powder as a possible cause) to get the Enfalac A+ (Stage 1) but unforunately, none of the shops was opened yet, given that it’s the first day of Lunar New Year.
Checking out their opening hours, I returned again at 9am to purchase the tin at the Shop & Save supermarket. It’s more expensive there than our neighbourhood provision shop, but we still have to get it nevertheless.
Hopefully his stools will improve after switching back to his original milk powder, and that we won’t need to detach the fabric seat from the exersaucer again to wash. ^^|

I wonder how many feeds per day Darius is having now?
I suggest you dont switch 100% back to stage 1.
I bf Yvette but keep wanting to give her formula at night now (even though I have not succeed yet.) But switch from one stage, one brand to another need a switching pattern. Maybe you give 3 feeds stage 1 and 1 feed stage 2. Then once his is back to normal slowly switch to stage 2.
Hi Sunflower,
Thanks, I did hear of a gradual switch of forumla milk from the forums but guess we just didn’t follow. We will probably try this after Darius has stabilised on his current condition.
