Newborn Pillows

We have bought a BabySafe newborn pillow during Cat’s pregnancy time, but when we took it out from our wardrobe to be used on Darius, we thought it was pretty high, despite the rounded dent in the center to accomodate for the baby’s skull. That’s why we decided that we would just leave him sleeping without any pillow:

Well, unlike the photo above, most of the time he has been sleeping well without a pillow. However, his head does move from right to left during his sleep, and we thought it wasn’t a good posture.

Timingly, my sister-in-law and brother decided to get us a ‘lower’ newborn pillow which they had been using for their own baby. They were here to visit us a few days back and we mentioned about the pillow. How thoughtful of them to remember it and buy one for us.

So now with this pillow, Darius is able to sleep more soundly and he is able to sleep through without placing his head at awkward positions and angles.
